Staff Nurse (Perawat) - OT

PT Alpha IVF dan SPOG Jakarta is part of the Alpha IVF Group, a leading fertility and women’s health specialist in the region. We are expanding our team in BSD and looking for experienced OT Nurses who are passionate about patient safety and perioperative excellence. What You Will Do

Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Assist surgeons and anaesthesia team during operations Prepare and maintain operating theatre equipment and sterile environment Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols Verify patient records, consent forms, and pre-procedure requirements Educate patients on post-procedure care and medication usage Support stock management and case preparation for upcoming surgeries What We’re Looking For

Profesi Ners or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Nursing Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (OT experience preferred) Valid STR & willing to process SIP Training in Anaesthesia / Perioperative Nursing / Infection Control is an advantage Familiar with surgical instruments (IVF exposure is a plus) Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and a strong team player Able to stand for extended periods during procedures Why Join Us?
