Part-time Contractor, 25 hours/week (12 PM – 5 PM PST, Monday–Friday)

Role Overview Our client is a retail media optimization and analytics platform helping brands, sellers, and agencies maximize returns from marketplace advertising. Founded in 2016, the company has a fast-growing global client roster and a diverse, talented team across multiple geographies.

They are seeking a

Customer Success Executive

to manage and optimize advertising accounts across Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on client support, campaign analysis, and cross-team collaboration to ensure strong business outcomes and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Client Support Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to reporting, data accuracy, and platform functionality Troubleshoot technical or data-related issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams Track client interactions in HubSpot and other CRM tools to maintain accurate documentation Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve client issues Educate clients on product updates and roadmap features Industry Expertise & Analytics Stay current on Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace advertising trends, APIs, and tools Support campaign optimization and analysis to drive performance

Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ years of Amazon or Walmart Advertising experience 1+ years in client relationship management or customer success Strong communication and client management skills Amazon Advertising Certifications preferred (SP, SB, SD, DSP) Experience with Walmart Connect, Instacart, or retail media networks is a plus Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), automation tools, or PDP optimization is advantageous

Work Mode & Schedule Remote, part-time (5 hours/day, 25 hours/week) US Time Zone (12 PM – 5 PM PST)
