5 years of hands-on customs clearance experience

in large-scale production or industrial companies in Indonesia, such as cement plants and other heavy industries, including but not limited to: Semen Indonesia Group (SIG), Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, power plants, nickel pig iron (NPI) plants and aluminum smelters.

OR

has

personally handled (not outsourced to a customs broker)

the import customs clearance of industrial equipment into Indonesia, including on-site operations. Strong familiarity with preparation and handling of

import documents for industrial products and equipment , including inspection and regulatory documents required for Indonesian import clearance. Good understanding of customs procedures and on-site operations at

Jakarta main port customs . Proven experience in

on-site customs clearance operations

(field work at port, bonded area, or customs office). Willing and able to

travel frequently . Able to work under

flexible and dynamic working arrangements . Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with customs officers, port operators, freight forwarders and internal teams. Job Description

Responsible for

end-to-end and on-site customs clearance operations

for industrial goods and spare parts for cement plants and other industrial projects (including power plants, nickel plants, aluminum plants and similar industries). Handle the

full import clearance process , including document preparation, submission, coordination with customs and on-site follow-up. Prepare and manage all types of

Indonesian customs clearance documents

for industrial products and equipment (commercial, shipping and regulatory documents). Responsible for

international and domestic sea freight quotation

and coordination. Handle and resolve customs-related issues and emergencies, such as red channel / red line inspection, physical inspection, document discrepancies, and other unexpected customs problems. Coordinate and communicate directly with customs authorities, port operators, shipping lines and logistics partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery. Support and coordinate with subsidiaries and internal departments to fulfill

other logistics and customs-related needs . Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and company internal procedures throughout the entire logistics and customs process.
