Recruitment Consultant - Talent Management - Employer Branding
Role Description
Identify, approach, and engage potential B2B clients to offer in-house training solutions aligned with their organizational needs.
Conduct needs analysis with clients to understand business challenges, learning objectives, and training requirements.
Present, promote, and sell customized in-house training programs, including proposals, presentations, and pricing negotiations.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, pitching, dealing, closing, to post‑training follow‑up.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with corporate clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and repeat orders.
Coordinate with internal teams (training, operations, and content teams) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations.
Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and proactively offer follow‑up or additional training solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, partnership, or corporate training solutions is an advantage.
Strong ability to approach, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to understand and translate client needs into solutions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets.
