to support our growth. Responsibilities

Able to supervise team members (MK), including assessing their knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior. Capable of coaching staff, including taking disciplinary action for repeated mistakes and providing continuous training to enhance skills. Able to empower staff by reviewing their performance and productivity, fostering accountability and growth. Responsible for the purchasing process: selecting, evaluating, auditing, and maintaining vendor relationships; analyzing procurement needs quickly in accordance with policies and procedures. Manages and maintains fixed assets with stock opname and asset tagging, ensures proper storage and minimum stock levels, and provides reports on purchases, budget monitoring, delays, returns, and damages with effective solutions. Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, with at least 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel. Neat and professional appearance, with the ability to speak at least one foreign language, English as a minimum requirement. Understanding of 5-star hotel procurement SOPs, contracts, SLAs, and vendor legal compliance. Knowledge of linen quality standards and professional laundry processes. Proficient in inventory systems, stock control, warehouse management, and applying principles of budgeting and cost control. Benefits
