Employer Branding Intern

Responsibilities Research and interpret EVP into content themes and messaging Develop a content plan and calendar (topics, formats,timeline) Generate content ideas and draft sample copy for various formats (social media, blog, internal comms) Create or coordinate simple visual assets, including basic photo and video content creation Execute approved content plan; including copywriting, basic design, basic design, simple photo/video editing, and formatting Track content execution progress and document outcomes

Requirements Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (2nd year – final year) Excellent English communication skills (professional working level) Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfort working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset Basic familiarity with design and video editor tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.) is a plus Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage content timelines
