Job Description :
Develop, establish, and ensure the implementation of policies, standards, and operational procedures (SOPs) in the areas of General Services, Health and Safety, Property Licenses, BCP & Security Management in an integrated and sustainable manner, in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, effective risk mitigation, and optimal protection of employees, assets, and company operations.
Responsible for the planning, management, and control of the physical security system at the Head Office building and across all Bank branch networks, to ensure optimal protection of company assets and to create a safe and conducive working environment for employees, guests, and customers.
Responsible for meeting physical security equipment standards including CCTV, ID cards, security alarms, and access control systems appropriate for the Bank.
Responsible for ensuring that all business units within the Bank have prepared BIA (Business Impact Analysis), Risk Assessment, BCP (Business Continuity Plan), and conducted Call Tree and BCP testing in accordance with the established schedule.
Responsible for implementing HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in the workplace, identifying HSE risks, and contributing positively to creating a workplace that is safe from occupational accidents, healthy, and environmentally friendly.
Responsible for managing advertisement tax, operational and non-operational permits, land and building tax (PBB) payments, and safekeeping of the Bank’s valuable documents including SHGB (Right to Build Certificate), IMB (Building Permit), Sale and Purchase Deeds, etc.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects related to Customer Experience.
Responsible for the preparation and management of all budgeting and expense disbursements.
Ensure and implement policies, procedures, SOPs, and standards related to security & safety, risk & business continuity, and safety management.
Special projects for Facility Management, specifically leading task forces for transformation and process improvement in the Bank’s facility management.
Contract and vendor management for all related vendors or consultants supporting the services.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
Minimum 10 years of experience in Facility Management, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), Corporate Security, and Crisis Management
Have experience in Facility Management within the banking industry will be preferred
