Scope

Lead the

design, development, and implementation of Guidewire integration solutions

aligned with business and architectural requirements Manage and mentor a

development team , ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery Act as a

technical point of contact

for stakeholders, translating business needs into feasible technical solutions Design end-to-end

integration architectures

using the Guidewire Integration Framework Ensure solutions follow

Guidewire SurePath (SAFe-based) methodology

and enterprise standards

Skills:

5+ years of experience with Guidewire technology , including configuration and integration Strong expertise in

Guidewire Integration Framework

(design, development, implementation) Solid experience working with

Guidewire SurePath methodology

(SAFe-based) Development team leadership experience

(minimum 2 years) Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
