Job Overview Our client is seeking an

Accountant Expert

to contribute advanced accounting knowledge in a technology-driven environment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex financial and marketing data, supporting the training and refinement of AI models and shaping data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex

marketing and financial data

to identify trends and actionable insights. Develop and implement

standardized rubrics and frameworks

to guide AI model training and evaluation using accounting domain expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure

accuracy, compliance, and best practices

in technology projects. Provide expert guidance on accounting principles to inform

AI model development and data validation . Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and insights clearly through

written and verbal reports . Monitor industry standards and integrate

best practices

into ongoing projects. Support the team in refining

data-driven strategies

through actionable accounting insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Accounting

or a related field Minimum

3 years of professional accounting experience Strong

written and verbal communication skills

with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to

analyze complex data

and apply accounting principles to solve challenging problems Experience creating structured

rubrics and frameworks

for quantitative and qualitative evaluation Comfortable working

remotely

in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Demonstrated

critical thinking

and independent problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience, preferably across

diverse accounting environments Prior experience contributing to

AI model development or technology-driven projects Advanced accounting or finance certifications (e.g.,

CPA, CMA )
