Mission
Own client hiring success end-to-end.
This is a delivery role at the core of TechTree. You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring leaders to run high-quality hiring processes, manage candidate pipelines, and close roles fast.

What you’ll do
Client Ownership
Manage day-to-day relationships with hiring managers and founders
Act as the primary delivery partner on assigned roles
Build trust through clear communication, structure, and results
Pipeline & Hiring Delivery
Own candidate pipelines from first intro through to offer
Review, qualify, and progress candidates sourced via TechTree’s AI + Talent Partner network
Maintain a high bar for candidate quality and relevance
Process Leadership
Run calibration calls and define clear hiring scorecards
Design structured interview processes aligned to client needs
Drive interview flow, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment
Quality & Documentation
Produce high-quality candidate briefs, interview notes, and summaries
Ensure all materials shared with clients are sharp, structured, and decision-ready
Keep pipelines, CRM, and reporting fully up to date
Closing & Outcomes
Guide candidates and clients through offer stages and close processes
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from intro to acceptance
Deliver successful hires and own success-fee outcomes

Ideal profile
Experience in agency, in-house talent, or embedded talent partner roles
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable running multiple hiring processes in parallel
Detail-oriented with high standards for candidate quality and documentation
Commercial mindset — understands the link between delivery and revenue
Energised by fast-moving startup and scale-up environments
