Project Manager - Esports

Responsibility: Develop project plans, including goal setting, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time with high quality. Oversee the end-to-end management of eSports tournaments or events, including venue coordination, competition rule-setting, and live broadcast arrangements. Work closely with internal and external teams (e.g., development, marketing, sponsors, media) to ensure seamless project operations. Establish and maintain relationships with game developers, eSports organizations, and other partners. Manage project budgets, ensuring rational resource allocation and cost control. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Stay updated on the latest trends in the eSports industry, providing recommendations for project innovation and optimization. Develop project proposals based on client needs, including project background, objectives, scope, plans, and budgets, ensuring proposals are comprehensive, logically structured, and actionable. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience, with a proven track record in event operations, project management, and team leadership. In-depth understanding of large-scale projects and the ability to plan and execute major events. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, capable of maintaining good working relationships with global teams, partners, and sponsors. Strong finance background will be advanced. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
