Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and document project administration, including payments, Monthly Certificates (MC), invoices, and progress reports.
Prepare and maintain tender documents in compliance with legal and company requirements.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and contractor teams to ensure accurate and complete project documentation.
Support the estimator in documenting Owner Estimate, BOQ, Change Orders, addendums, and final accounts.
Assist with field surveys and measurements, including joint surveys with contractors or third parties.
Verify physical progress and work quantities for reporting and payment purposes.
Prepare periodic project administration reports to support management decisions.
Monitor project schedules and compile supervision reports.
Control project documentation, correspondence, and transmittals.
Maintain organized documentation for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of professional project management.
Proficient in contract and tender administration.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
