Overview

Project Manager (Based on Project) – Caribbean. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead one of our luxury timber installation projects located in the Caribbean. This is a project-based position offering an excellent opportunity to work on an international site. Benefits:

Lead and manage timber construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Coordinate with the head office in Bali to provide regular progress reports and updates. Oversee project lifecycle, including resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Direct and support project teams to maintain performance under fast-paced and high-pressure conditions. Qualifications

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in timber construction or related industries. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Must be an Indonesian citizen. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural/engineering drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills, able to manage teams under pressure. Capable of overseeing the entire project lifecycle with the ability to provide regular progress reports to the head office in Bali. Works effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure settings.
