Quality Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced

Quality Team Leader

to oversee and enhance quality assurance activities within assembly processes. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and delivering high‑quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the quality inspection team to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures.

Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with

AS9100

and other relevant standards.

Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Quality Management ,

Engineering , or a related field.

5+ years of experience

in aerospace quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of

AS9100 ,

ISO standards , and aerospace quality systems.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
