Freelance Account Manager

We are seeking a

Freelance Account Manager

to lead and manage integrated advertising campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong client-facing experience, excellent project management skills, and the ability to oversee multi-channel campaigns from briefing through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong day-to-day relationships and satisfaction

Lead the development and implementation of 360 campaigns (TV, print, OOH, digital, activations, etc.)

Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative, media, and production teams

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

Monitor campaign progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Present strategic and creative proposals to clients with confidence and clarity

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign success

Provide regular status reports and post-campaign evaluations

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in an advertising agency, preferably in a similar 360 account management role

Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels

Strong client management, presentation, and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Able to work independently and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken)

Familiar with budgeting, timelines, and project documentation
