Key Responsibilities
Deliver and monitor training programs (online and offline) as directed by the Channel Training Lead.
Educate agents and leaders on insurance products, sales techniques, and company policies.
Manage operational training needs, including sharia programs aligned with company requirements.
Coordinate with internal/external trainers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Communicate training schedules and act as the main contact for participant inquiries.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators.
Provide feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, or related field.
Having an insurance certification is an advantage.
3–7 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Proven track record in partnership management or business development.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze business performance and develop growth strategies.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple partnerships.
