Job Description

Develop and implement strategies for managing distressed assets, including restructuring, recovery, and exit plans.

Lead negotiations with borrowers, stakeholders, and external parties to optimize recovery outcomes.

Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying early warning signals and recommending corrective actions.

Oversee legal and regulatory compliance in asset recovery processes.

Collaborate with internal teams (risk, legal, finance) to ensure integrated solutions for asset resolution.

Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and the board on asset management strategies and progress.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Minimum 15 years of experience in asset management, restructuring, or special situations, ideally within infrastructure or financial institutions.

Proven track record in managing distressed assets and leading complex negotiations.

Strong understanding of financial analysis, debt restructuring, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in challenging situations.
