Commercial Learning & Performance Business Partner Asm (Medical Health Company)
Devise and lead Sales Capability & Sales Force Effectiveness strategy
Collaborate across departments to improve competency through internal curriculum
Act as a change agent to enhance internal engagement and corporate branding
Conduct market research and implement best practices for performance improvement
Measure and report project and sales effectiveness to management
Qualification:
Bachelor in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or any related major
Minimum 2 year of working experience as Product Manager, Sales Task Force Training Manager, preferably from pharmaceutical, medical-device, and/or biotech company
Strong communication skill to all level of audience, from salesperson to Director
Passionate in knowledge-sharing and able to develop training materials and familiar
with Learning Management System [LMS]
A Team-Player person with good interpersonal skills across all level
Familiar with hospital and doctor visitation to mentor and coach sales forces
Confident in Public Speaking or Presentation.
