Key Responsibilities: Strategic Influencer Marketing:

Spearhead the creation and implementation of influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s broader marketing goals. Campaign Management:

Oversee the end-to-end process of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and optimized across various digital platforms. Team Leadership & Development:

Manage and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, offering continuous guidance, feedback, and support to foster individual growth and boost overall performance. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Set clear performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the success of influencer-driven campaigns through data analysis and reporting. Trend Spotting & Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new platforms and innovative approaches to enhance influencer marketing effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, or related roles, with a focus on KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management. Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing. Previous experience in promoting beauty products on social media platforms is a plus. Experience in the beauty or consumer goods sector is highly preferred. Fluent in English is a must. Willing to work full-time from the office at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
