Equipment Owner (EO) Mixer Spray Drier

About The Job Mixer Operator (Drier) plays a critical role in ensuring a stable, safe, and high‑quality wet mixing operation in the Spray Drier area. This role drives daily reliability by controlling process standards, executing food safety requirements, and supporting loss elimination through IWS practices. As an EO, the operator maintains equipment performance, monitors key metrics, and collaborates closely with Line Leaders to achieve production targets with zero‑loss mindset. About You You are a hands‑on, detail‑driven Operator who understands how equipment performance impacts the entire production line. You take ownership of your machine, follow standards with discipline, and proactively identify losses, defects, and abnormalities. You learn fast, think logically, and are committed to continuous improvement. You enjoy working in a structured system, collaborating with Line Trio/Line Centric Organization and DMS Owners, and using data to drive better performance every day. Most importantly, you bring a zero‑loss mindset and the discipline to execute IWS routines consistently.
