Job Description

Reporting and Consolidation Specialist (Senior) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Reporting & Consolidation Specialist to manage group financial reporting and consolidation processes across multiple entities. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, hands‑on consolidation experience for 5+ companies, and prior exposure to public‑listed (Tbk) companies. Experience handling overseas subsidiaries and external audit coordination is highly preferred.

Company Overview Pyridam was established in 1976 with a small factory. In 1985 it established its Pharmaceutical Division, which grew quickly. Pyridam was awarded the title “Partner with Good Performance” in 1994 by the Ministry of Agriculture and accelerated improvements enabled the company to build a brand new production plant on 35,000 sqm land in Cianjur, West Java, with state‑of‑the‑art design, machinery, and environmental management. The plant started its operation in April 2001. We manufacture a wide range of modern and traditional medicine, including antibiotics, vitamins, supplements, and traditional herbal care, all meeting GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for group companies (5+ entities).

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.

Perform intercompany reconciliation and elimination entries.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidated financial data.

Coordinate and handle external audit processes, including preparing required schedules and supporting documents.

Liaise with auditors and ensure smooth audit completion.

Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for public‑listed (Tbk) companies.

Support reporting for overseas subsidiaries (if applicable).

Review and analyze financial reports to ensure consistency across entities.

Provide technical accounting guidance related to consolidation matters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

5+ years of experience in reporting and consolidation.

Experience consolidating financial data of 5 or more companies.

Experience working with or handling public‑listed (Tbk) companies is strongly preferred.

CA‑certified candidates are highly preferred.

Experience handling overseas/subsidiary companies is an advantage.

Prior experience as an external auditor is a plus, especially if handling Tbk clients.

Strong understanding of PSAK/IFRS and financial reporting standards.

Experienced in handling external audits.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple entities.

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
