KOL Specialist

is a Korea-based company operating across Southeast Asia, primarily focusing on

a medical beauty tourism platform ('MyVenus') and local aesthetic medical clinic operations ('Banobgi Indonesia') , with a strong presence in Indonesia.

MyVenus & MyDerma collaborate monthly with Indonesian influencers on plastic surgery and beauty-related projects, and based on this, the platform is also expanding its marketing services to cosmetic brands. We are looking for individuals passionate about beauty and content, with a keen sense of the influencer market and content industry.

Job Responsibilities Plan, manage, and execute KOL marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Source and maintain relationships with KOLs (Nano, Micro, Macro, and Mega influencers)

Coordinate with K-beauty brands for seeding, campaign briefs, and deliverables

Manage the end-to-end production of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

Monitor content KPIs, engagement, and prepare campaign performance reports

Research market trends in K-beauty, influencer behavior, and digital content formats

Requirements At least 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing or content production

Familiar with Indonesian beauty market and social media ecosystem

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok algorithm and content trends

Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English (Korean is a plus)

Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Prior experience working with Korean beauty or skincare brands

Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns (from seeding to reporting)

Previous work experience in a start-up or multicultural team

Location: Dharmawangsa, Jakarta

Schedule: 5 days in-office (per week)

Flexible hours (e.g. 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00)

Work directly with top KOLs and beauty brands
