Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations. Lead, train and manage line cooks and other kitchen staff. Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies. Regularly inspect and update the kitchen's health standards. Collaborate with the management team to set pricing strategies and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications Experience as an Executive Chef with teams of varying size. Creative and innovative approach to menu development and presentation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and costs.
