Visual Designer

Produce visual content that not only captures attention but also drives engagement and conversion. Develop visual assets across multiple channels, including social media, CRM, in-app content, and other marketing platforms. Edit videos for social media and other distribution channels, ensuring content is optimized for performance and audience relevance. Contribute to ideation and brainstorming sessions to create compelling and creative visual concepts that support marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Project Officers, Copywriters, Videographers, CRM, and other stakeholders to deliver visuals aligned with campaign needs and timelines. Translate creative briefs into impactful, insight-driven visual content that aligns with campaign goals and delivers measurable performance outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as a Visual Designer and/or Illustrator. Holds a relevant educational background, such as Graphic Design or a related field. Strong skills in visual design, basic illustration, and video editing. Proficient in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or CapCut. Actively keeps up with trends and conversations across platforms like Instagram, Threads, X, and TikTok. Has personal projects or a portfolio that demonstrate strong visual storytelling and creative execution. Prior professional experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
