An internationally accredited school in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated and experienced University Guidance Counsellor to join its secondary team from August 2026. About the Role

Provide university and career guidance to students in Grades 9–12.

Advise on international university applications, SAT testing, career pathways, and higher education planning.

Coordinate university visits, parent and teacher workshops, and student support activities.

Collaborate with academic departments, leadership teams, and external institutions.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.

Have a minimum of two years’ experience as a university, college, or admissions counsellor, ideally in an international school setting.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

Be enthusiastic about engaging students and supporting a multicultural school community.

Be flexible and collaborative, able to work with students, parents, and staff effectively.
