Senior Research & Development (Bakery & Cheese)
Develop top-quality products by selecting certified ingredients and setting clear milestones for development.
Assess product ideas for feasibility, considering all risks and operational requirements.
Determine the best materials for large-scale production, including evaluating risks and development timelines.
Oversee product development through phases 1 and 2, handling complexities and ensuring timely launch of 5-7 projects simultaneously.
Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with effective solutions, improving our prevention framework.
Communicate and work with all stakeholders, confidently addressing challenges from other divisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Research and Development Food & Beverage/FMCG category.
Developing F&B Products/Cooking.
Having experience with bakery or cheese products will be considered a plus.
Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Leadership Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Teamwork Skill, Project Management Skill.
