Accounting & Finance Executive - ESG Services (C-126344) The working venue is in

Our client is a Japanese ESG Services company. Currently, they are looking for

Accounting & Finance Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle full-spectrum accounting and finance operations independently.

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Conduct financial analysis, including actual performance, forecasting, and future outlook.

Develop and monitor financial planning and budgeting.

Manage payment processes, including vendor payments and other operational expenses.

Process payroll payments based on salary data provided by the HR department.

Prepare accounting and financial reports, and submit them for review and reporting to management.

Coordinate and communicate with external auditors.

Liaise with banks, including handling foreign currency remittances.

Manage tax-related matters, including compliance and reporting.

Operate and maintain data using an ERP system.

Handle monthly incentive payments to farmers, based on data received from external providers.

Manage month‑end and year‑end closing and prepare final financial reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax.

Strong hands‑on experience in preparing financial statements independently.

Experience and willing working in a start‑up companies is highly preferred.

Experience in using ERP system or familiar with ERP systems.

Proven ability to manage Accounting & Finance functions.

Proactive, self‑motivated, having a flexible mind, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
