Strategically identify new business opportunities and partnerships for Digital Marketing (Creative Agency) and E-Commerce

Create and deliver presentations/pitches to prospective partners/principals, showcasing ORBIZ’s added value.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align client acquisition goals.

Deliver presentations, conduct contract negotiations, and close deals.

Develop strategies, planning, execution, and evaluation for client acquisition.

Build strong client relationships to maintain client retention.

Prepare and submit cooperation proposals (JBP) that include joint marketing strategies, business targets, and campaign plans to clients or partners.

Analyze market and competitor trends (data-driven) to create business growth strategies.

How many years' experience do you have as a Business Development Role?

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in sales or business development in the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing industry.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (optional)

Previous experience in the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing industry is a strong advantage.

Proven ability in sales, pitching products, and closing deals with prospective clients or business partners.

Effective Communication – able to deliver ideas and information clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Negotiation & Persuasion – skilled in convincing prospective principals and achieving deal agreements.

Strategic Thinking – capable of analyzing business opportunities and designing long‑term strategies.

Growth Mindset – always oriented toward self‑development, continuous learning, and achieving better results.

Problem‑Solving – quick in identifying problems and finding practical, innovative solutions.

Highly driven with a strong passion for growth and success; proactive and able to work independently.
