Job Description

Responsibilities Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring alignment with key business priorities Support the CEO in preparing for internal and external meetings, including briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups Draft presentations, reports, meeting notes, and strategic documents for executive discussions Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders are aligned Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams to facilitate communication and execution of key initiatives Assist in tracking progress of strategic projects and provide regular updates to the CEO Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism Support ad-hoc business initiatives, research, and operational improvements as needed

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, or project coordination roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and presentation preparation Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and supporting senior leadership
