Estimator

PT QDC Technologies is offering an opportunity for experienced professionals to join as an

Estimator . This position plays a strategic role in ensuring accurate project cost and time estimates to support project success and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze project data such as technical specifications, working drawings, and contract documents.

Prepare project cost estimates covering

Civil, Electrical & Mechanical (ME)

work, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

Analyze market prices, cost trends, and risks that may affect the project budget.

Develop a detailed budget structure and ensure compliance with cost limitations.

Coordinate with the procurement team and support negotiation processes with vendors and subcontractors.

Assist in contract processes to align with project cost estimates.

Monitor cost realization, identify deviations, and provide corrective action recommendations.

Prepare reports on payments, budget changes, and final project cost projections.

Collaborate with project teams and present estimation results to management.

Qualifications

Minimum education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .

Minimum

2 years of experience

as an Estimator, preferably from a construction company or a business similar to PT QDC Technologies.

Capable of estimating

Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical

projects.

Strong networking in

telecommunications, state-owned enterprises, and vendors related to Civil, EM, and Mechanical projects

is a plus.

Proficient in

Indonesian and English .

Technical Skills

Proficient in

CAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP2000, and ETABS .

Knowledgeable in cost analysis, budgeting, risk management, and project cost control.
