Purpose The Business Development Manager will report to the Managing Director and perform key responsibilities related to growth and client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage long‑term strategic relationships with existing clients.

Create and implement sales strategies and identify new markets to maximize business opportunities.

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Secure new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.

Conduct market research, understand and keep up to date with latest industry developments and trends.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

Degree in Business preferred.

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.

Willingly persevere in the face of uncertainties and challenges, supported by a highly experienced team.

A team player who adds value to the company and is keen to be part of this close‑knit team.

Has an eye for identifying campaigns, opportunities and clients to develop new and existing businesses.

Exceptional communication skills with a talent for customer interaction at all levels.

Highly motivated, quick‑learner, self‑starter and willingness to go the extra mile.
