Maintenance supervisor

to oversee maintenance operations for plastic injection molding production lines. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in injection molding machines and a proven track record in improving machine reliability and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team on the production floor

Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection molding machines

Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance programs

Minimize machine downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

Manage utilities and supporting systems related to production

Control spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

✅ Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

5+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding

Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Experience handling PLC-controlled machines

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
