Overview

Ray White and Loan Market applications development oversight and coordination, and leadership in IT governance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure across the group. Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the development of the Ray White and Loan Market applications. Collect user feedback and relay it to the development team for application improvements. Assist in coordinating cybersecurity with VaultRE and Ray White AU and Loan Market AU/NZ. Create and maintain infrastructure and cybersecurity on AWS, GCP, and other IT vendors. Evaluate and identify the best IT vendors. Coordinate migrations if better alternatives are identified. Coordinate with existing departments. Present IT updates at leadership meetings and conferences for Ray White and Loan Market. Manage the Digital BDE to train Marketing Executives and Office Admins to increase technology adoption across all Ray White and Loan Market offices. Coordinate the Ray White and Loan Market group\'s digital marketing efforts. Oversee internship programs (1 year): Systems Analyst for Ray White and UI/UX for Loan Market. Attend seminars, events, and conferences to gain knowledge about new technologies or technology-related issues. Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT. Strong experience in database management, IT infrastructure, and network systems. Proven experience in managing IT budgets, cost control, and vendor management. Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity principles, and ISO standards implementation (ISO 27001 is mandatory). Strong knowledge of server management, network architecture, backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and IT asset management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination. Good communication skills in English.
