Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

XY Illumination is a lighting solution company. We procure, import and supply high end architectural lighting products for construction projects in Jakarta, Bali and Lombok. The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring accurate delivery of goods.He will be working closely with the Logistic and Purchasing Manager . Key Responsibilities

Processing the Inbound Items, start from Receiving,Unboxing, Sorting, labelling, and Storing in the Warehouse. Ensure that Incoming goods are in accordance with the document Purchase Order (PO), in terms of Specifications and Quantity. Processing the Outbound Items, from preparing, packing until labelling. Ensure all the Outcoming goods are in accordance with the document Delivery Order (DO). Report to the Warehouse Supervisor if there is any Difference or Damage to the goods. Carry out the Stocktaking Periodically. Recap the daily inbound & outbound items and update into the Stock Card & Datasheet. Deliver the goods to Cargo (if needed). Carry out special instructions according to the Company's operational needs. Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure the warehouse is neat and organized. Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Warehouse and Logistics service. Able to operate the Ms. Office (Ms. Excel is a must). Able to work independently and in a team. Proactive, disciplined, honest and responsible. Focus and attention to details.
