Applied Epic .

This is not a call-center role. This is execution, accuracy, and process discipline. If you already have experience mentoring or training others, that is a strong advantage. If not, we will train the right person to grow into a

What You’ll Do Manage daily insurance operations in

Applied Epic Handle renewals, policy issuance, endorsements, and client updates Support

Personal Lines and Commercial Lines

workflows Maintain clean, accurate policy and client records Coordinate with agents, underwriters, and internal teams Document workflows and improve processes Support training and onboarding initiatives (as applicable)

What We’re Looking For 2+ years US insurance experience (Personal or Commercial) Applied Epic experience is required Strong understanding of agency workflows and policy lifecycle Clear written and verbal English Detail-driven, organized, and process-minded Comfortable working fully remote Training or coaching experience is a plus, not a requirement

Role Details Full-time 100% Remote $6–$7 USD/hour Long-term role with growth into training/process ownership
