Job Description

We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and proven experience in people management—someone who is also creative and proactive—to manage and develop on-camera talent for our TikTok channel. Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing hosts and talent, including contract negotiations and ensuring all content aligns with our brand messaging and objectives. Collaborate with the Live and Video Production teams to develop creative concepts and talent-driven content ideas. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all projects. Analyse the performance of talent or live stream hosts using relevant metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media content creation, and talent hosting. Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, such as scheduling, coordinating shoots, managing payments, and updating the talent database. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with talent and external partners. Show high responsibility and commitment to handling and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Display strong attention to detail, remain organised, and multitask effectively. Possess strong negotiation and contract management skills. Have a solid understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok. Apply a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make informed decisions. Be willing to work on-site (WFO) at Green Office Park, BSD, Tangerang.
