You’ll Do

Holistic project management: develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement process. Demonstrate entrepreneurial talent in project controlling and acquisition of new customers.

Broad range of challenges: engage in diverse industries and customers, from startups and retail to energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare, both domestically and abroad.

Intensive customer consulting: serve as the main contact, conduct workshops, negotiate and present.

Specific development: drive knowledge development within the company through professional expertise.

Far‑reaching responsibility: guide your team’s professional and personal development and contribute to shaping the company as part of the INVERTO management team.

You’ll Bring

University degree with above‑average grades and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.

Extensive expertise in consulting, ideally in procurement / supply chain management and a passion for strategic and operational work.

Successful experience leading teams professionally and personally.

Proven analytical and conceptual skills at the management level in demanding projects.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Results‑oriented mindset.

Team player, fair, and grounded.

Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluent in English, and flexible in professional mobility.
