Business Function Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. Job Descriptions

Highlight breaches of portfolio’s early warning triggers and subsequent implication

Interpret dashboards & highlight strategic implication of portfolio trends and ratios

Support / deliver the strategic initiatives on digitalization

Provide oversight to all deliverables of team members, and ensure that they are met

Collaborate with RPA to develop, implement and maintain ECL / NSP model that is used during budgeting and/or forecasting.

Test, monitor, and report performance of the model on a quarterly and annual basis.

Conduct regular stress testing exercises to ensure bank's capital adequacy, e.g., ICAAP, BUST, CRST, and other ad hoc tests.

Actively engage with stakeholders to provide data and analysis used to sharpen portfolio management strategies.

Continuously develop and modify base generations used for portfolio management activities to ensure fulfillment of policy requirements and support better target segmentation.

Keep up to date with the changing environment and regularly review reports/data to ensure continued relevance and provide insightful data to the audience.

Provide an instrument board to support management in decision making.

Monitor and evaluate the development process of the automation of routine reports including evaluating the needs to add or revise for its components and parameters.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in banking

Good leadership experience

Negotiation and good communication skill is required

Good motivational and interpersonal skill
