Sales Staff

Responsibilities

Develop and present competitive sales offers, engaging in effective negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Introduce and promote the company’s products to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of product value and benefits.

Perform ongoing market research and analysis to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and emerging market trends.

Prepare and deliver detailed customer visit reports to management, highlighting key findings, customer feedback, and potential opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in any major.

Having 1 year working experience as sales is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Professional proficiency in English language.

Willing to work on site in Cikarang and mobile when needed.
