This is a full-time on-site role located in Purwakarta for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, identifying and engaging with potential clients, promoting products, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, managing sales performance, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating internally and externally to meet business objectives. The role also involves conducting market analysis and participating in training to enhance sales strategies and product knowledge. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and deliver results Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall team performance Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for business success Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and software is a plus Previous experience in the garment or textile industry is an advantage
