Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for increasing the number of new loan customers

Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management

Implementing work plans and marketing strategies for loan products that are effective and in accordance with market segmentation (Commercial)

Prepare, process, and analyze loan application proposals

Responsible to make Credit Proposal (New and Renew)

Examine possible credit structure which it suits the best for the Customer and the Bank Determine creditworthiness

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field

Experience in Lending Commercial Banking products in Bank for at least 3 years

Having an Commercial Banking customer database

Have high motivation and initiative

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in pressure and target
