We are
not
looking for a traditional Project Manager.
We are hiring a
Strategic Business–Technology Liaison
who can own and drive
mission-critical commercial systems
across our
Consumer Goods business unit (Diabetes category) .
Reporting directly to the
Sr Digital Product Manager , you will operate at the intersection of
Marketing, Revenue, Supply Chain, and Technology , ensuring every technology initiative delivers
measurable business impact —not just shipped features.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Act as the
primary partner
to Brand, Marketing, Sales Channels, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Translate complex business objectives into
clear, executable technology requirements , and explain technical constraints using
business-focused storytelling .
Resolve
priority conflicts
between Business Units and Engineering teams decisively, using
data, commercial impact, and risk assessment .
You will manage the tactical roadmap and delivery quality for
CRM Platforms, Omnichannel Sales Systems, Point of Sale (POS), Distribution Partner Ecosystem (B2B),
and
Supply Chain Command Centre.
Your focus is not tooling — it is
revenue velocity, fulfilment efficiency, and operational scalability .
Support the Head of ITBP on
day-to-day tactical and operational execution .
Ensure
Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
are precise, commercially grounded, and technically feasible.
Maintain high standards for
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
to ensure readiness before go-live.
Drive fast, logical, and outcome-oriented decision-making.

Clear communicator : Structured, direct, and effective across all levels of the organisation.
Minimum 3 years’ experience
as an
IT Business Partner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst .
Strong exposure to
Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Logistics
environments.
End-to-end understanding of
business value creation : Lead generation, Sales conversion, Order fulfilment, Risk & issue management
Hands‑on experience with:
CRM systems
(e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, or custom platforms),
Omnichannel commerce platforms
(e.g. Anchanto, Order Online, or custom solutions), and
Data integration across multiple systems
Solid working knowledge of
CRM, Omnichannel, and Supply Chain Management concepts .
Execution‑focused, logical, and results‑driven.
