WE’RE HIRING – Regional Administrative Assistant
Available to Join: Immediately
Handle daily administrative tasks in the Bandung office
Support the Regional Manager with daily coordination and operational tasks
Prepare reports and documentation
Arrange meetings and business travel (flights, accommodation, schedules)
Coordinate with Head Office (HQ) and local teams
Assist with basic recruitment processes (CV screening & interview scheduling)
Willing to travel for business purposes when required
✅ Qualifications
1–3 years of working experience (Admin / Assistant background preferred)
Mandarin proficiency is mandatory
(used for daily work communication)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
