Assistant Certifier Cum Planner (ISO, Social, Tourism)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Certifier Cum Planner to support certification activities across ISO, social, and tourism programs. This role plays a key role in client contracting, planning assessments, coordination, and certification decision support across multiple country offices and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare client contracts, and manage application review approvals and interoffice certification contracts

Plan and coordinate certification assessments across ISO, Social, and Tourism programs

Maintain an overview of ongoing projects by program and country office

Monitor audit schedules and proactively identify risks or potential delays

Liaise with auditors on availability, audit scope, and logistical arrangements

Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of certification plans

Oversee the transfer of certification projects between certification bodies or clients

Coordinate certification decisions and ensure completeness of documentation for certifier review

Support certifiers with additional documentation and clarification when required

Monitor certification license status, including renewals, suspensions, withdrawals, and resignations

Manage interoffice invoicing related to certification decisions

Carry out other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Good command of English, both written and spoken

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
