Job Description: Conduct analysis, investigation, and prevention of external fraud cases within the Corporate and Commercial segments. Perform verification and validation using internal sources (banking systems) and external sources. Coordinate with relevant internal units and external parties as required to complete the investigation process. Collect evidence, develop case chronologies, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports. Follow up on agreed action plans and provide recommendations based on investigation findings, including optimizing the use of fraud detection systems as part of risk mitigation efforts. Prepare data and documentation for corporate and commercial fraud reporting purposes, both for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) minimum requirement. Demonstrates strong integrity and ethical standards. Possesses knowledge of Corporate and Commercial banking products. Strong data analysis skills. Highly committed and open to learning new concepts and developments.
