Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the implementation of labor regulations and company policies.
Assist in handling employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain good communication and relationships with employees and, if applicable, labor unions.
Assist in preparing and reviewing company regulations, SOPs, and internal HR policies.
Support the documentation of warning letters, investigation reports, and employee counseling records.
Support employee engagement programs and workplace communication initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experience, Educational background in HR, Law, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
Basic understanding of Indonesian labor law and employee relations practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle conflict situations calmly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient in English.
