Job Descriptions : Draft, review, and manage contracts from start to finish—including signing, filing, and proper documentation Prepare and review business quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal policies Coordinate order flow and facilitate smooth internal communication across departments Perform credit checks and shipment approvals for customers to support risk-managed sales activities Review and maintain accurate records of customer invoicing details Set up and follow through on accounts receivable collection plans in collaboration with finance Job Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A detail-oriented, careful, and patient individual with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and comprehension skills—able to work cross-functionally and clarify details effectively. Fresh graduates Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint—able to present data and processes clearly. Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
