Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to work on-site in West Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, particularly factories and electrical suppliers, maintaining client relationships, promoting our main products and services, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely payments.

Qualifications Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial or electrical products Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with clients effectively and resolve inquiries professionally Target-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities, with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth Willing to conduct regular field visits Ideally based in West Jakarta area Experience in or knowledge of the Jakarta Metropolitan Area market is a plus.
