Job Description
As a Supply Chain Team Leader at Our Client, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's supply chain operations. In this full-time position based in Jawa Barat, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials through the organization.
What you'll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of goods and materials
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and challenges
Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards
What weโre looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a supply chain or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or distribution industry
Holds PPJK Certification
Able to use SAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Familiarity with supply chain software and automation tools
