Junior Accountant (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate in Accounting to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their accounting career and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance. The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities •

Very good in math and understand basic excel formula •

Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system •

Prepare and maintain accounting documents, invoices, and financial records •

Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations •

Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports •

Assist in tax preparation and compliance (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) •

Maintain organized filing of accounting documents •

Support audit processes and provide required documentation •

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards ________________________________________ Requirements •

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field with math calculation •

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply •

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting •

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle, or Excel) is an advantage •

Proficient in Microsoft Excel •

Strong attention to detail and accuracy •

Good analytical and problem-solving skills •
